Elizabeth, We are SO sorry for your loss and that we only got to meet cousin Bob once. It was a memorable day spent at your house and eating at the marina with y'all. Had it not been for covid, surely we'd have travelled back your way to meet the rest of your family. Bob had hoped to come duck hunting at our place in Hollywood, MS, but that couldn't have transpired either. I'll write you a real note soon, Wendlandt Hasselle

Dearest Elizabeth and family, I so enjoyed going to Israel with you and meeting a great friend in Bob. I loved our conversations around the things of God and I will truly miss his questions and dialogue, which I know he is continuing in the Kingdom of God, although too soon for us. A Big hug to you, we love you so and Thank you for being such a great wife to an amazing doctor , colleague, friend and most of all and enquirer of the Lord. He;s there!!

The Charleston area is much better off because of the contributions of Bob Bowles. My deepest sympathy to Elizabeth and the rest of your family during this time of bereavement.

To the family of Robert Bowles M.D., please accept my condolences. Dr. Bowles was my orthopedic doctor for many years. He was a gentle man with a kind heart, who cared about his patients well being. May his soul Rest In Peace.
