Dr. Bob was a very endearing friend and colleague. We were always delighted to spend time with him. He was strong in his beliefs, intelligent, well informed and sarcastically funny from time to time. Our hearts are broken for the lose of this great man. Our lives are better because he was a part of our world. Much heartfelt sorrow and love to his wife, and family.

I had the distinct privilege of being a colleague of Dr. Bracken's in the Accounting Department of the University of South Alabama. Dr. Bracken was a dedicated faculty member with strong ethical values, highly developed accounting skills, and a primary focus on educating students for the challenging field of Accounting.
