I remember Bob when I was in high school. He and my brother Bruce were buddies and I recall he would come over to our house driving that red E-Type Jaguar (a gentleman's car). His low radio voice and unique sense of humor cracked me up and it was like wow, I really know a Butler celebrity personally. Bob was an extraordinary man and a treasure to our community. He worked tirelessly in the efforts to bring the Jay Bee Circus back to Butler, restoring it so that it could be shown to the public. I will never forget his kindness and generosity. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. May God comfort them in their sorrow.
