Not sure what to say?

Great man. I was in leaders club and he inspired me to play other sports and to stay active and get involved in life...to take action. He kept me busy in Junior High which kept me out of trouble. I’m glad he lived a nice long life and pray for peace for his family. God Bless you Bob. I’ve told stories about your influence on me numerous times. You will be delighted to know my sons were soccer stars like you wanted me to be but I insisted on playing football.

God Speed!

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

ANNE, I SENT BOB'S OBIT TO JOHN IN PARIS TEXAS AND KAREN IN PHILADELPHIA. THEY WANTED ME TO EXTEND OUR CONDOLENCES TO YOU ON THE DEATH OF YOUR HUSBAND AND THEIR FAVORITE TEACHER OF ALL TIME. THE BOTH REMEMBER HIM AS THE PERSON THAT HELPED TO SHAPE THEIR LIVES MORE THAN ANY OTHER EDUCATOR THAT THEY WERE IN CONTACT WITH. JOHN SAID THAT BOB WATCHED HIM PLAY BASKETBALL AND SOCCER AND HE TOLD JOHN THAT HE BETTER STICK TO SOCCER, WHICH HE DID AND HAD A SUCCESSFUL PLAYING CAREER AND IS STILL...

Deepest sympathies to Robert,Pam and family, from Bob and Ann's friends and neighbors on Old Orchard Point

Two of the finest people I have met in my life. Bob and Ann. Thank you BOB for being a friend and mentor. Ann... thank you for being the loving and caring "MOM" to all of us Table Tennis players. I pray for peace and comfort for the entire Brickell family and for those of us who will miss him very much.

I will always remember your dad as the best coach my brother and I ever had. We were such bad basketball players and yet your dad would never cut us. He would wait till game time and if a player didn't show he would give us his jersey. I will always have fond memories of my coach. I followed his example throughout my coaching career and it worked for decades. Coach lives in each and every one of his players and a greater legacy could not exist.

In 1958-59, "Mr. Brickell" encouraged us to achieve much more than we could have on our own. Regardless of our capabilities, he quietly coaxed excellence from us all. I have always respected his knowledge and communication ability.

Sympathy and prayers to Rick and the Brickell family. Your Dad sounds like a wonderful guy.

As I look back, Mr Brickell was a major contributor in my life and role model as a chose to become a coach and educator. Whether it was teaching us soccer, table tennis, coaching us, leaders and officials or running the Britten Rd Summer program. Thanks!
God Bless your family !
