Robert Doyle Brigham

I have thought of Brig often--mostly for his warm and friendly personality. Never a cross word--always a smile--and encouragement in whatever one was involved with. Always willing to take the time to explain the "why" of a decision to help in fully understanding the total picture. A dear friend--one that taught me the principles of succession planning--and working with Exxon Senior Management--for which I will be forever grateful.

Very sorry to hear of the passing of Brig. What a dear friend he was and what a pleasure to have worked with him for a number of years while with the Exxon Chemical Company in Darien. As a mentor he was outstanding and provided wonderful advise in the world of Executive Development--the Exxon way. He will be missed--not only by his family--but by those who knew and appreciated Brig for his wonderful personality--smile--and sense of humor. Will be praying for you...
