Not sure what to say?

I once called the person who was supposed to be the legal expert on a matter. He told me that he didn't know the answer, but that if anyone did, it was Bob Brittigan. I knew Bob from our time at Fort Polk together in the early to mid 1970's. He was a friend, a mentor, a gentleman, and the consummate professional. My wife and I shall miss him greatly.

Bob served his country in many different professions through his life. In that span of time, he excelled in all aspects of his military and civilian careers that few people can accomplish in just one career field. I am proud and honored to have known and worked with him at the Defense Nuclear Agency in the Nuclear Test Personnel Review Program.

Our prayers are with your family. Cliff and Gerry Chapman

Bob is one of the best men I ever new. I will miss his dry wit and his always being there whenever need. He always spoke his mind, ment what he was said, and backed it up with his actions. I know he loved my sister with all his heart, and his memory and love of his family will always be a strong point that we all can draw from. I will miss him dearly.

A man of courage who pursued the truth with uncommon dedication. He shall be missed by all Atomic Veterans who wanted the truth and knew they had a champion whose name was Robert Brittigan.
