Robert Melvin Brugger

Dr Brugger and my Dad, Jerry Marion, earned their advanced degrees in nuclear physics at Rice Institute together in the 1950s. They and their wives became good friends. Bob and Jerry coauthored several publications during those years. When my father died in 1981, I reported shortly thereafter to Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico.
