I met Bob soon after I started at the City. He went out of his way to be friendly. He had a great sense of humor and always had a smile on his face. An honest, decent person. Rest In Peace.

Bob had a full and happy life! Interacting with him was a joy—the breath of his experiences was amazing. He related his stories with a great sense of humor and a super sense of timing! Bob enjoyed others and treated people with respect and dignity. May he Rest In Peace. I am sure he is doing it with a smile and a funny story!
