Dr. Buckler was my professor, dissertation and clinical supervisor at Western Seminary Graduate School of Clinical Psychology. He was a profoundly knowledgeable and caring man with a wonderful sense of humor. I have so many great memories of his classes, help guiding me through my dissertation, and post doctoral clinical supervision. I will always respect and remember him.

Bob was of immense help to me in my role as Director of the OHSU Forensic Psychiatry Training Program. He taught multiple seminars for years and won the fellows teaching award. Overall Bob was one of the nicest, most generous, and smartest people I've ever met. He was just brilliant. In some ways he was an underappreciated gem.
