Not sure what to say?

Debbie, it was a great pleasure knowing Mr. Buddin. I remember Matt's graduation from USC, how Joel and I had the man laughing his butt off at dinner. We were up to our regular antics, and he was enjoying the show! It was nice getting to know him. He will be missed, but we are happy he was a believer! God Bless!

Keeping your family in our prayers!!

I have always heard stories of how granddad Buddin worked hard and enjoyed working hard. Even so, I was amazed by him when I was able to see him in action. We were all helping dad and Debbie move into their new house. We started early, and by mid-day I was so tired I had to stop to rest. I wasn't even carrying the heavy stuff. Granddad Buddin never stopped! He kept right on going and didn't stop until the job was over.

Although it's been a long, long time since I saw Mr. Buddin last, I will always cherish the memories of the incredible weekends we spent with he and his family at the beach house. Some of my fondest childhood memories were made there and I will always be thankful for the opportunity that he provided for us to be able to make those memories. As a kid, it was always an honor to be able to visit Mr. and Mrs. Buddin on the top floor and share in the sunrises and dolphin "swim-bys." To all of...

Granddad, I will never forget your voice as you would answer the phone (sounded more like "Yellow?" than "Hello"!), or the same thing you said in response to "Hey Granddad". "Matt? How you doing Grandson??" You said it as if you were thrilled and excited to hear from me as if we had not spoken in weeks--even though it had only been 24 hours since we last talked.

I remember my first model airplane--Uncle Bobby's F-4 Phantom. It is not just that I remember the plane; I remember...

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family as I was lucky to have known Mr. Buddin for even a short time. He was proud of his family and a strong christian man as well as humble and generous. I remember the last time Mr Buddin and I had some time to spend together. We spent part of the day driving around checking on his properties and I had one of the best experiences talking to him that day. I discovered the true, honest, and humble truths behind the man that had been rather...
