Not sure what to say?

I served with Buggs while he was attached to VA105. He was my friend and I loved him. He provided support to me when I was going through a divorce with my beautiful wife and friend Margaret Holloway in 1972. He was a wonderful person. I spoke with him often over the years. I will miss him.

The long road has ended, Buggs. Take your repose. I'll look back to days gone by, see you, and smile. Requiescat in pace.

I'm not really sure how to say all this on paper. Daddy, I love you with all my heart, and I couldn't have asked for a better father than what I had. You were my HERO and my Best Friend. I'm going to miss you , but you will always be in my heart and my soul. I know that you are looking down on me and keeping me safe. He was a great father to all of us. Debbie, Lynne, Jennifer, Randy and myself Renee. A great paw-paw also. All 12 grandchildren. WE ALL LOVE YOU!

I knew Buggs growing up and he was a great man, husband and father. He was a great friend and Christian man to anyone he met. May God keep his family and bless them as they go through this mourning time. We will miss you Buggsy

I love you daddy. You ARE my Best Friend, and you will always be in my heart.

Buggs was a loving man, and meant a lot to many people, myself included. He will be sorely missed. I'm grateful that he lived out his days with dignity and grace.
