Not sure what to say?

Our hearts go out to the Burger Family. We were all so sorry to hear about Bob. He was a wonderful man.

Our family has been so fortunate to have known him all these years--since the time he decided to marry our cousin, Mary Theresa. We saw Bob as the model husband and father. We looked up to him for his intelligence, kindness, and love of life! We greatly appreciated his willingness to join us for our family reunions and events.

We will always recall with fond...

To Theresa and the Burger family,

Leslie and I are very saddened to have just learned of Bob's passing last month.

I have fond memories of our many good times together in the Sunrise Road Runners Club, including our many runs and races together and social times with the Club. But I remain one of his strong admirers and recognize his gigantic achievements.
I have forwarded his obituary...

I am blessed w/the gift of sharing some happy runs/races w/Bob & Theresa.. an
INSPIRATIONAL LIFE spectacularly lived & lovingly remembered!

Bob Burger was a great friend and respected trustee of the Mechanics' Institute of San Francisco. His pals there, and with the Gold Rush Trail, will miss him very much.

My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Bob. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure that fills your heart with love and brings joy. May you find comfort in Jesus promise of the hope of everlasting life at John 6:40.

May the bereaved family be comforted by looking forward to Jesus' promise of seeing your dear loved one again. John 6:40.

Kind thoughts are with your family at this very difficult time of grief. May your fond memories bring you comfort. God's promise at Jeremiah 29:11,12 will give you strength.
