I so remember the 10 hour ride we share in April of 1968 when we rode with my roommate Wade Ruff back to New Jersey. There were so many times in life that our paths crossed but rest ashore that Bob made an impact on my life and that my life is so much fuller in that I came in contact with Bob Burke.

Great memories of Bob as we spent many hours in the Midland Luncheonette on Staten Island talking all sports. Basketball was his thing and he went on to prove his expertise on the court as a player and his ability to teach and coach others.
