Not sure what to say?

Biba was someone who gave me inspiration. He never complained about his disabilities due to life long health issues. He helped me through though time with his encouraging talks. He was funny and a very happy guy. He loved his Amy and the kids. He was my hero. I loved his spirit and his political chats. I missed his services because I just got to Florida when I got the news. Well the only thing I know is he will work his magic with the big guy to get me in the big house when my day comes....

We will miss you Bob, RIP, our prayers for the Burns family.

Bob was a courageous young man who proved that life's obstacles are there only to overcome.

He was considered one of the beacons of the Department of Social Service.

I worked at DSS Regional Office and often visited the Whitinsville Office. Always asked Biba how the family was doing. He was proud of his two boys. He was an astute real estate developer, a great guy and I will miss him.

To Bubba's family and friends, I just want to express my sincere sympathy for the loss of our major example of human strength physical being. The man had everything, beyond his physical limitations that touched our inner beings. A giant that touched us all. He was witty, direct so cool. I am grateful to have walked behind his steps.

A great guy who will be missed. Had the pleasure of working and laughing with Biba for 17 years! Always a gentlemen with a great sense of humor!RIP brother we will meet again!

I had the pleasure of working with Bob for a
six years at DCF in Whitinsville. He was truly a great guy. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
