Not sure what to say?

Bob will be missed, Bob was a High School classmate and we shared many good times and friends and we kept our friendship through these many years, Bob was a true American Hero and a great person.

My brother Bob has always been one of my heros. Our youngest son is named after him. I'll never forget when I was about 3 feet tall (many years ago), Bob was dressed in his uniform and was leaving for the Army Air Corp. Although I didn't see him often, I always admired him and enjoyed the times when we could get together. Bob also seemed to enjoy the friendship and love from our large families. I am grateful that Bob & Bryce were able to attend last summer's picnic in Clinton. Hazel & I offer...

It's been almost 30 years since we visited Uncle Bob and Shirley in California. I remember him driving us up and down the hills in San Fransisco in the back of his station wagon. He also took us to an air base and showed us around inside some of the planes (bombers). He made quite an impression on a 12 year old boy. He will be missed by all his friends and family.

Mark (Karl's son)

My first memories of uncle bob was when he drove out to see Grandpa and Grandma in that little triump he had. I always wondered how a man soooo big could get into that car. I also as my sisters have already said enjoyed seeing Uncle Bob the last couple of yrs at the reunion, and it was a pleasure seeing bryce also. god bless and keep you all in his hands love jeff aka Cousin ernie

I, like my sisters, am also glad that I got to talk and get to know my Uncle. He always had such great stories to tell of himself while he was in the service. I will always remember when he would come to visit he would drive up in a little midget of a car. And he would give us all rides in it. We thought we were all pretty cool. He always had a great smile. And what a handsome man he was. When I was younger I would brag to my friends that I had a very good looking Uncle in the service & that...

My husband, Lt. Col. William R. Tubbs, and I will miss our dear friend. We have enjoyed many outings with Mona and Bob as well as many, many dinner parties both at Mona's and our home. We still can't believe he is gone. Our last outing together was a crab feed in Sacramento. Bob wasn't doing well then (January), and found it difficult to walk any distance but it didn't both his appetite that night. He loved the crab and we loved having him with us. He spoke often of his loving family. I know...

I was very glad I was able to get to know my uncle these last couple of years. It was nice to see him when he came for our family reunion in Clinton,Wi. He was always walking around taking pics of everyone. It was so nice to see all the brothers and sisters together this last summer, I will cherish the pics I have.

Enjoyed getting to know Uncle Bob these past few years at the family picnics. He spoke lovingly of his family. He even brought his baby Bryce out to meet his midwest cousins this past summer. Hope to see more of him and meet the others some day as well.
Take Care and God Bless,
Love, Peggy (Ken Byerley's 7th child)
