Not sure what to say?

I knew two of the Calderas as both played for my fast pitch softball team. Ray and Chuck pitched for my team and both were on the national 2nd place team that played at Tahoe City in 1978. Charles was my top pitcher and Ray relieved Charles. They won about 85 percent of the games they played in and were both California state champions at Softball. Fast pitch is very fast. I only knew Bob for maybe 7 years, but he was a great guy. He had an easygoing disposition, always with a grin, and a friendly conversationalist. His opinons may have differed, but it never got in the way of our friendship. A very good quality, not seen in too many people today!!! He will always be remembered............

Sending love and prayers for you, Uncle Bob, and for all the family gathered to remember you. Uncle Bob loved to make us laugh, and loved to give away quarters. I am sure he is showing his love for pumpkin pie to anyone who will look and smile now. Rest peacefully.

No one in CA. can recall the fastpitch softball days without thinking of Bob and all the Caldera Bros. as they were all a class act of gentlemen as well as exceptional athletes. We send out sincerest condolences on the loss of Bob. God bless all of you Calderas...

Your brother Robert was a real good guy. We shared some great laughs together. I grieve with you in your loss! Prayer and time will heal all grieving hearts.

Uncle Robert you are a great Uncle. I will always remember "pumpkin pie" and you fancy mambo steps. You always had a good story or joke for us. Love you always and forever.
