Read MoreWe met Bob & Helen on Sanibel Island by commenting on their USAFA license plate because our son was attending the Academy at the time. We had wonderful conversations with them down at the pool. We live in the Kansas City area and Bob was so kind that he even called us to congratulate us on the KC Chiefs winning the Super Bowl. Rest in peace Marine.

A friend and neighbor for over 20 years. Great guy and family man who was the head usher at 8:00 mass at St. Cletus for many years. Beloved by his family and everyone that knew him. Treated everyone well and joy to be around. He will be missed greatly, in heaven now with his beloved Helen.

Bob was indeed a dear Sanibel Friend. We shared many good times around the pool with both he and Helen and family for years. He was an inspiration to us as he always displayed such love for his family and his country. He will always be remembered.
