to the canney family,
i am sorry to hear of your recent loss. i knew robert (and claire) from where i used to work. i enjoyed seeing them. thinking of you all at this difficult time.

Dear Canney family,

I am so sorry for your loss. Bob was my grandfather's cousin and co-worker (Richard Ellis). He was such a good friend to my grandfather and was so kind to my grandmother after gramp died. She looked forward to his frequent visits. I will always cherish the time Bob took to share with me some of his experiences in the military. He spent an afternoon showing my grandfather and I various pins and letters which he had collected from the shipyard. I was so...

Bob and Claire came to my register with their nice smiles and warm hands. He touched my heart with a story or two as I sent their groceries down the belt. We had some good times while I was at work, cashiering at Hannaford. Sadly missing him, my deepest sympathy to the family.

To the Canney family,

I was sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was an energetic, friendly man and helped so many people with his genealogical knowledge. He will be missed.

To the Canney Family:

So sad to hear of the passing of Robert. I loved talking with him and his wife Claire when I was going to Bethel Christian Church. They were such an adorable couple. They were concerned about people and they both had the ability to melt ones heart. His testimonies were always so interesting and their display of genuine love was outstanding. He will be missed. God bless & keep you all in His tender loving care.

Dear Bob, we also extend our deepest sympathy to you for the loss of your dad. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Joan & Bill Roberge
