Reading of your father's life and how he stood up for social justice for all people, I am sure he will be deeply missed not by just his family but by all the many people his life touched. Dear Mary and Bill, My sympathy and prayers for you and all of your family on the death of your dear father. I remember meeting him when I would be visiting the McCauley's years ago. He had a great sense of humor and I thought how lucky people were who got to sit in his courtroom. No doubt he was compassionate as he legislated justice. Annamarie Kane BVM

My heartfelt sympathy to you and your siblings on the passing of your beloved father. Reading the beautiful write up in the Journal brought back so many memories of our time renting one of Uncle Jim's places on North Avenue. Your father would call weekly to say he was visiting and you would instruct we must clean up the place for the Judge and then we all sat around like holy pictures.
