Dear Dotti and Family, Please know you have been in my thoughts and prayers. I have many fond memories of working with Bob for five years and then seeing him on your many visits to the park after his retirement. Bob always made me laugh, he had such a great sense of humor. I hope memories of his humor and kindness will give you peace in this period. You have my deepest condolences.

I have many fond memories of Bob and I fishing and camping. Bob taught me how to camp the right way and always caught the bigger fish. Peggy and I always enjoyed going out to dinner with you and Bob. He was a great best man at our wedding. We have Bob and you in our hearts and minds. We will pray for Bob and pray that our Lord will ease your pain at this difficult time.

dearest Dotti,
we, too, were saddened to read the notice of Bob's passing in the Washington Post. We ran ol' movies in our heads of lovely times at CBNHS with groups of volunteers, laughing times reporting organizational missteps, and enjoyment of pizza and potlucks. our hearts and prayers are with you and I know the memories you have made will sustain you always. warmly, anniebngreg

Dear Dotti,
I was so sad to see the announcement about Bob in the Washington Post.
I remember when you were engaged, and he came to MCB for the little party we threw in Member Relations. He was very gracious and charming, and I knew he would be a wonderful dad to your dear kitties. I think the next time I saw him was when you came to National Geographic headquarters for your retirement party. He was so proud of you! His love for you and for precious animals made him very happy.
May your memories of the good times with him be your rock.
