Bob Carr was a great man in so many ways that it is difficult to pay proper tribute to him in such a short space. He was an exceptional educator, engineer, teacher, problem solver, innovator, doer, organizer, friend, colleague, mentor, supporter, a man of impact, and had so many other outstanding qualities. We were truly fortunate to have known him and work with him. We will miss him. May his memory be eternal in the Lord. .

Jeannette, we are so sorry for your loss. Bob was a great guy and we'll miss him too. All our love and sympathy to you and the boys.
