Dear Carter Family,
I am so sad to hear of Rob's passing.
He was one of the sweetest guys that I have had the pleasure to work with at Continental.
One of the greatest smiles - EVER!
He will be missed - but, always remembered.
God bless you all.

Please accept my sincere condolences to the family. Rob will truly be missed. I have known Rob for many years while working at Continental/UA and most recently directly with him on the Chairman's Circle desk which Rob worked on for the pass 25 years. Rob took can of the top CEO customers for CO/UA and to say he loved his job and customers would be an under statement, and these CEO customers loved him. Rob welcomed me to the desk and it was like we were the best of friends forever. He shared...

Rob was a great co-worker and we missed having him in the office, with his smiling face, his shorts in chilly weather or his motorcycle rides. His chocolate chips cookies were always a hit with his do-workers and he always rewarded us with them. We love Rob and have many great sweet memories of our many years shared together.
RIP Rob.

I had a brief opportunity to interact with Robert during our three day instructional time for agents who wanted to try the United remote program.
As a student himself, Robert was eager to help those who had some difficulty understanding the classroom curriculum.
Robert displayed a kind and caring, although no nonsense approach when matters of importance were discussed.
He was certainly influential in the lives of many!

Just wanted to express our condolences to Debra and family. We have spent Thanksgivings and Christmases in past years with him and family. Jackie and Rob share a birthday and we have spent those together tool
Prayers for you all as you go through this time and I know it will be more difficult as you go through the Christmas holiday.
We'll be thinking of you all.

So deeply saddened to hear of Rob's passing. Someone who had so much life and positive energy in him. I was honored to work with Rob
At Continental Airlines/United Airlines for decades. Always had a smile to share and a infectious laugh. Rob loved his job and life! Loves his Debra and family. Always proud to show me pictures of the family and grandchildren. He was blessed and never doubted it. A new angel in heaven, probably jamming Stairway to Heaven on his guitar. RIP Rob,...
