I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Rob Carter. He aways had a smile for everyone. I worked with Rob for many, many years. Always had a calm and soothing voice for customers and co-workers alike. Rest in peace my dear friend. Your work on earth is done.

Dear Carter Family,
I am so sad to hear of Rob's passing.
He was one of the sweetest guys that I have had the pleasure to work with at Continental.

Rob was a great co-worker and we missed having him in the office, with his smiling face, his shorts in chilly weather or his motorcycle rides. His chocolate chips cookies were always a hit with his do-workers and he always rewarded us with them. We love Rob and have many great sweet memories of our many years shared together.

I had a brief opportunity to interact with Robert during our three day instructional time for agents who wanted to try the United remote program.

As a student himself, Robert was eager to help those who had some difficulty understanding the classroom curriculum.

Robert displayed a kind and caring, although no nonsense approach when matters of importance were discussed.

He was certainly influential in the lives of many!
