Robert David Carter Sr.

Concord, NH - Robert David Carter Sr. (famously known as Bob) age 67 passed suddenly Friday October 20th 2023 at Concord Hospital. He was born in Concord, son of the late David and Beulah (Sargent) Carter. Bob graduated Pembroke Academy and went on to receive his Associates degree in Landscape Architecture from NHTI. He then started and operated Landscape Dreams.

He was known as a very giving man who could always find the time to help anyone in need especially if something was broken. He enjoyed fishing, lobstering, golfing, skiing, puzzling and Sudoku. He loved watching sports and rarely missed any football game, especially our NE Patriots. The things he cherished most were time with his wife, sons, family, friends and especially his beloved grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 50 years Bonnie (Perron) Carter, 2 sons; Robert Carter with wife Caity and Brad Carter. 6 grandchildren; Bailey, Avery, Myles, Jaxon, Brookelyn and Remington. 11 siblings; Sue, Willie, Jayne, Reggie, David, Deane, Kathy, Glenda, Danny, Dawn and Lucas.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday November 2 from 2-5pm at the Waters Funeral Home, 50 South Main Street, Concord.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to the Concord Boys & Girls Club or Concord High School Wrestling Booster Club in His Name.

To Bonnie and the whole Carter family, I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. As you may remember I spent much of my childhood in the Carter home and Bob was one of my closest childhood friends. I have wonderful memories of 4-H shows, swimming at camp, and sliding on HorseCorner Rd. Bob you will be missed by so many... but proof of a good life is a wonderful family and you and Bonnie certainly achieved that. Rest in peace old friend, God certainly has a special place there for you
