Bob was a vivid player whom i had the pleasure dealing w/.his character was 1 of a kind.he will be missed by many when he visits.my heart goes out to his family

I send my sincerest condolences to the Carter family. I had the great liberty of working for Mr. Carter, when I initially moved to Chicago in 1986. In fact, that was the first job offer that was made to me, after being in the city for only a short time.

Mr. Carter was an excellent boss and savvy business man, and I am sadden to hear of his passing. He is going to be truly missed.
