Not sure what to say?

I am retiring from the investment business at the end of this year and have been talking with many kind people that I have done business with over the years. Bob was one of those. He and Jackie were always so nice to me. We became friends. His kindness lives on in my memories of him. In his younger days I still see him running all over Berlin. We were all lucky to have Bob as a friend.

I would like to extend my condolences to Bob's family. I'm so sorry for your loss. We've all lost a great friend.
I've known Bob for 35 years and he had many qualities that are hard to find in todays world. I know he accomplished alot in his life and he was one of the most interesting people I have ever know, but the one thing I admired the most about Bob was the compassion he had for people, he always saw the good. He will be greatly missed, the Berlin community has lost another fine...

I am playing one of the fiddles Bob repaired for me.

Bob always had a smile and a kind heart. I was in the store often when he and his dad ran it together as well as when Bob ran it alone. We talked about guitars, fiddles, politics, religion, and world events. It was always a pleasure to see him and always made me feel good. He was one of the nicest people I have ever known and I will miss him.
