Not sure what to say?

I know Dad was my step-dad, and I would always call him "Bob". He was the only really Father I knew. From the time Mom and Bob were married he pretty much treated me as his own son. He was fair and honest to me. He loved Mom, great roll-model, didn't drink, smoke and had some of the corny-ist jokes you could hear. I regret not seeing him sooner. Thanks to my loving sisters, Dad had the support he needed when mom passed years before. It was my promise to him many years back to plays "TAPS" at...

I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. Please and comfort in Psalms 65:2.

my father in law was the best person i knew he will be sadly missed by me. he was more of a father to me than my own father. rest in peace dad.

Grandpa was such a funny loving man! He always had an interesting story to share and a quick witty joke! Whenever one had a chance to visit with Grandpa, you knew he was going to give you 110 percent of his time. With love always - thanks for being a "great" grandpa and a "great" great grandpa! Jenn

Dear Maggie,
I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad. I am unable to attend the funeral service, but my thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family.
Love, Joan Holmes

Uncle Bob was a wonderful, funfilled, caring man. I have wonderful memories of visits with him. My condolences to all of the family. Love, Maureen (Niece from RI)

We are so sorry to hear about Uncle Bob. Ken and I always enjoyed being with him. He was a dear man and loved your Mom dearly. I will never forget the time they surprised us when we lived in Oswego NY and stopped in to visit with us on one of their trips in their camper. As we are saying our"good byes" to Bob, God, the Angels and all those family members who have gone before him are welcoming Bob with open arms into eternal rest. Ken and I are unable to make it to RI for Bob's services....
