I feel honored and blessed by the time Bob helped us at Bay City Hall work toward consensus. Occasionally I will suggest to a group that we "do a Chadwick" to better understand our respective positions on an issue and discover common ground from which we can work toward a new-found goal.
I'll be thinking of you and Bob this Fall when touring Oregon for the first time since I left it in 1973 for Bay City.

Bob was a truly significant person who positively impacted the Klamath Basin, as forest supervisor and with the Hatfield committee. Even more importantly, he was a good friend and sincere person. My condolences to his family.
