CHAMBERS, ROBERT ANTHONY, 85, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2013.

He was a retired barber, a United States Marine Corps veteran, and a founding member of St. Martha Catholic Church.

Robert is preceded in death by his brothers, William, James, and Paul Thomas Chambers He is survived by his wife, the former Alice Benninger: daughters, Maureen Chambers and Jeannie Brentlinger (Jim); grandson, Eric Brentlinger; brother, Bro. Richard Chambers SVD; sisters, Mary Ann Kruer (Bob) and Marie Young (Doug).

His funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, February 14, 2013 at St. Martha Catholic Church, 2825 Klondike Lane. Visitation will be 2 - 8 p.m. with a prayer service at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Martha Catholic Church or Little Sisters of the Poor.
