Doug - My sympathy to you and your sister. Bob was one of the very first physicians I met when I went to work for the Oregon Medical Association in 1969, as he was on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees. I enjoyed his quiet, but sly sense of humor and appreciated his practical no-nonsense perspective about medicine and the world around him. He lived a good long life it seems and I know he lived it well. I will keep him in my memories.
