Ms Chisman,

It was such a privledge to have cared for Mr Chisman while he was a patient at Mary Immaculate. He sure did touch my life in the very short time that I had the honor to know him. Your love for each other showed every day and I will strive to live by your example in my life. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. I have been blessed to have made your friendship.
