Not sure what to say?

Special man I won't forget! Go with the angels.

I am lucky to have had lunch with Big Bob last spring and to have spent 10 minutes talking to him at his retirement party later. He may have been the most universally respected manufacturing man I have known in my 50 years of business. His employees, suppliers, customers and friends knew that he was tough but fair and concerned not just with success but also the well-being of those he had contact with. Truly a great man who left his mark on many during his lifetime

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I would like to express my condolences to the entire Clay family.I have had the privilege of working at Pridgeon and Clay for the last 41 years.I like many others have a lot of great memories and stories of "Big Bob". His strong personality and his sense of humor will be greatly missed. My heart is truly broken.I got to work closer with Bob these last few years before his retirement and I take comfort knowing he is reunited with his beautiful wife Betty.God Bless..

Sympathies to the Clay family in the passing of Big Bob. I was a temporary worker 17 years ago and Big Bob already knew my name. He was a great leader of our company and led with distinction and honor. He will be missed by his P&C family. Tim (Tiny) Medendorp

Sorry to hear of Bobs passing. He was a great fun loving guy. We had a lot of good times together in the 50s and 60s as members of the Grandville JCs. Bill Bagin

I remember Bob as a kind man with a large presence. He has left an impression on the lives of everyone whose paths crossed his. He will be missed but remembered for everything he left behind that he cared about.
