I will miss him, but will think about him often and the time we worked together at the Woodbourne Center and Prisoners Aid Association of Maryland, Inc.
Because of his work many men and women are standing talk and have not returned to a life of crime.

It was with great sadness that I learned of Doc's death. He was a man of character and one that I loved.
We worked together at the Woodburn Center in Baltimore where I first met him, and then together at the Prisoners Aid Association of Maryland, Inc. where he served as President of the Board of Directors. (PAA).
He was a man of character. Quiet spoken, but firm. He dedicated his life to education and the improvement of life for others.
