RUSHVILLE - Robert Ray Clugsten, 87, of Rushville died November 14, 2016. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Worthington Funeral Home. Interment with military honors will follow at Rushville City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
