Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry for your loss. I was sad to hear of his passing. I worked with homeless veterans at the VA for many years and always enjoyed talking with Roddy when I would bring my veterans to OMM for assistance with furniture and household items as they transitioned into apartments. He was a warm and lovely man.

I met Roddy at West End High Just a great guy - always very friendly. A man who gave his life to helping others. May God bless his soul and May He bless Roddy´s family always !

My son and I were honored to volunteer at OMM while Roddy was there, I have never known a more sincere, caring, loving person. I learned so much about caring for others over yourself. Roddy will always remain in our minds and hearts. Rest well good and faithful servant, you´ve earned your reward, we´ll see you in the Great Waking up Morning.

Prayers for his family. May his memory be for a blessing

My best friend growing up he was like a brother to me. My parents loved him like a son. We spent many a day together, living the life, Great Memories that I will always cherish. RIP my dear friend.

My husband and I began volunteering at OMM after moving here 8 years ago. We were honored to work with Roddy and enjoyed any and all conversations shared with him. He was an interesting person and he had a giant heart. He was easy-going, jovial, a joy to work for and a man to be admired. He will be forever missed. May he rest in peace.

Roddy will always be remembered for his compassionate, caring spirit.A great person going all the way back to where I knew him from my brother's c/o 1970 @ West End High School. You'd never know that he was a star running back for the Lions. He was nice to everyone, especially the underclassmen which says a lot about his character.I last saw Roddy approximately 30 years ago.It was by coincidence and we talked quite a bit that day.He will be missed by many especially his family and friends and...
