Robert Cornelius

My deepest condolences go out to Craig and family & Crystal and family I learned a lot from your dad to this day I am still using what he taught me.

Mr. Cornelius was the best teacher and friend that i had. i will always remember hanging out in his class during lunch and after school forever. You will always be in our prayers "Corny". R.I.P. Mr. Cornelius. May god be with you.

I met bob in 1976, my first year at ACHS. The classrooms were very "tight" and he came in 5th period and taught art in my room. As the years rolled by I found him a room behind mine in the new wing of classrooms all his very own. Bob was always very upbeat and the students loved him. My best to the family. P.S. I wonder if he ever got rid of his black Pontiac Firebird? Michael Harris, fellow art teacher at ACHS for 21 years.

Mr. Cornelius was my all-time favorite teacher. I will always remember him as my awesome laid-back art teacher who blasted classic rock, sold Blow-Pops in class and would let you hang out in his Claudia Schiffer covered office if you needed a break. RIP, Mr. Corny! My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and loved ones.

Mr. Cornelius was one of the many outstanding educators at ACHS. His love for his students/athletes was always apparent. He and his family are in my prayers.

Corny, You were my coach at a time when we really needed you! I don't think you realized what you were getting into (teenage girls!)! As a student of Los Altos and Camarillo HS. Bob, excelled as a individual and a sportsman. As he lead by Example, integrity, honesty and competitive virtues.

As there are many people in our lives, most are forgotten, unless they have a impact on life. Bob had a impact on many people's lives.

Corny was a teacher of mine at Cam High. I am sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

Corny was an amazing person and an awesome teacher! He always made you feel comfortable and supported during all of the chaotic times high school posed! His class room was always a safe haven for anyone who needed it! His love of art and sports were shared with all of us he taught and inspired ! He will be missed , but fondling remembered by all he touched!
