Not sure what to say?

Dearest Grace & Family,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I always looked forward to seeing Bobby at the Cox Reunion. He was always so jolly and interested in my research on our Cox family. When my Uncle Bob Shifflet passed I told him he made me think of him & how I really missed him. He told me he would be my Uncle Bobby. I told him I would be honored to call him Uncle. Now I have lost both of my Uncle Bob's, but I know they are together & happy to be with Jesus and family. ...

Dear Mrs. Cox, Robbie, and Randell,
I just heard this morning (25th)of the passing of Mr. Cox. I want to extend our sympathies to you and your families. Our families have known each other for many years and my father and Mr. Cox knew each other well. Since my days at Bryan Station, thru graduation at EKU, and now with my affiliation at Baker Iron & Metal it seems as our paths have crossed many times. Please feel free to let me know if there is anything we can do..

Dear Grace, Robbie, Randall, Cheryl and all of their families: Your husband and Dad was more than a brother-in-law to me. We have had so much fun throughout the years with our many visits either in Lexington or Albany, GA. I have been running the memories through my mind over the past week and they will always be lasting memories that I will be proud to recall. He and your Mom instructed you all well. It is now up to you to carry on what you learned through your own children. Keep the...

Grace, Cheryl, Robbie and Randy - my thoughts are with you in the loss of your husband and dad.

Dear Grace, sorry to hear about Bob's death. I considered all of you such dear friends. My prayers are with all of you.

To all the Cox family, our hearts go out to you in your time of loss. Mr. Cox was always smiling and I enjoyed our conversations. He was one of the greatest generation along with my grandfathers and many other beloved members of that circle of friends. We miss them all dearly. We are praying for the Cox family and please let us know if there is anything we can do.

At times like this it is hard for me to be two states away. I am thinking of you and praying for you daily. Uncle Bobby was a special man and I have many fond memories of him. Know that in your time of need that you have an "army" around you. I am deeply sorry for your loss.
