Robert William "Bob" Cox

My father, Warren Higgins, was a good friend of Bob's. In the 1950s-1960s, they were together on occasion (with Kitty and Bob's son) for gatherings at our home near White Rock Lake. I understand he and my Dad (when they were young) would play pool at my Grandparents' (Louise and Larry Higgins) home in Oak Cliff. I saw Bob again at my Dad's funeral in Dallas in 1989.
