Not sure what to say?

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Bob's passing. I met Bob maybe 10-12 years ago at the Ocean Club in St. Maarten, where we were both timeshare owners. He was instantly likable and a wonderful conversationalist. We found we had many things in common with our jobs and we spent many hours talking in and around the Ocean Club's pool. I would look forward to seeing him and Tina the each year and was disappointed when they sometimes weren't able to make it. I will miss him.

Bob was a good man. We were associates at Gottschalks and I worked with him occasionally. I felt I came to know him better in his latest days when Elaine Jones and I spent time with him at lunches and I got to know him even better through his struggle. He fought his disease with honor and forthrightness and that isn't easy to do. He will most certainly be missed by all who knew him.

What a wonderful man Bob was and he will be missed. He was kind and open to new ideas and never made me feel inept or out of my league. I will think of him fondly and pray for the family that God will give his devine comfort.

I was just informed of Bob's passing and I wanted to send his family my condolences and to tell them that he will truely be missed. I met Bob when he started work at West Marine and became fast friends with him. He was funny, sweet and extremely kind. The world has lost a great person and spirit and I will cherish the moments that I shared with him in the brief time that I knew him.

Please accept my deepest sympathy on Bob's passing. I worked with Bob for many years on Christmas at the Met; he was incredibly talented, easy-going and funny. May your memories and love for Bob eventually bring peace and smiles to your heart

Bob was a special man...always giving of his time and talents. I shall always remember the events we worked on together and his ability to make everything sparkle!

Cousin Rose,
I am deeply saddened by Robert's passing. Although I havent seen Robert in years, I can remember like yesterday playing with him at Cousin Rose Sobania's house when we were kids.

I worked with Robert at West Marine and very much enjoyed his sense of humor and cheerful personality. I also enjoyed traveling to the East Coast with Robert and Tina for our mutual friend Toni's wedding. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time. He will truly be missed.
