Not sure what to say?

I knew him as Bobby who lived two doors down from me. We were best friends for a time and we were always competitive at punchball in the alley. His brother Billy was going with Cathy Herzl. Loved Bobby like a brother. RIP Bobby. - Mickey Keyes

So very sorry to hear that Robert passed away. He was a quiet man but quite interesting. Rest in peace, Robert.

So sad to learn of the passing of Robert who frequently attended our Community Church here in the active adult community of Rossmoor in Monroe. A quiet and gentle soul, Robert was always friendly but didn't talk much. I wish that I had gotten to know him better. He is at peace now. Our prayers go out to all those who loved him; we share your loss.

I was blessed with not olny growing up in Hoboken in the 60's but having friends like Robert. We were part of the "alley cats" from 12 the street. A name I believe given to our crew by Dennis Sevano.
Robert was so much fun to be with and quite a competitor in sports. We called him "Bobby Cool".
I look back with fondness havng Robert and the whole crew that made growing up in Hoboken a great experience!
Rest In Peace, "Bobby Cool".

My life has been blessed by our friendship since childhood years. There are so many good memories of our friendship - very much like a brother. My condolences to his brother Billy and family.

So sorry to hear of the loss to Bob, I rembember him as my first Little League Coach over 50 years ago. He was always a soft spoken educator of the game. My Sympathies to Bill and the entire Culhane Family. Blair Canonico
