Not sure what to say?

I was with Bob when he was in the 157th Security Forces Flight back in the early 80's. What I remember of him was that while he loved to laugh at a good joke, he always maintained his professionalism. He was also a great leader and mentor.

I am back with the 157th, and I'm deployed right now in Iraq. Finding out that Bob passed away made me feel sad, but I also feel his presence every day over here.

He will be missed by all of his friends in the military.

Dear Karen,
It was nice seeing you all at the funeral home.
I will always remember Bob as my best friend and all of the good times we had from childhood on.

It's hard to believe its been 25 years. Bob and Noreen were my surrogate parents for 2 1/2 years while I attended high school. Thanks, Bob, for taking on a teenage girl. Wish I could be there on Friday. With Sympathy!

Having chose the most diffcult of tasks, you may now rest, big brother
Si vi pacem,para bellum.

Though I have not seen my uncle in a long time I always loved and spoke of him always! Lots of good memories. He will be missed!

You were and are one of my favortive uncle's. I'll always remember all the happy times when you came to visit us in RI. Rest in peace Uncle Bob you've earned it.
