Not sure what to say?

After many conversations with Bob during my years at IMRF, I can say I always found him to be thoughtful, straight-forward and one of the most down-to-earth people I ever met. I think he had a special knack for making people feel like they mattered. To say it simply, Bob was one of the good guys.
May God bless Bob and give his family comfort.

The meaning of fraternity "brother" hit home;I couldn't feel sadder if I lost one of my blood brothers."The Cos" was a true fraternity man, mainly because of a trait he lacked--shyness.Loudness aside, his descriptive vocabulary always let you know where he stood. No one present at the time will ever forget his "fess up" speech,or his diatribes at finding his Volkswagen on the porch of 515 Delaware Ave, or the events of a certain fraternity party at Penn State. The brotherhood of Lambda Chi...

I was one of the newly hired trainees in the call center at IMRF in 1996. I got to know Bob through Gussie Lewis who was my trainer, as I accompanied her, on her smoke breaks. I enjoyed some great conversations with him, he always made time for an earnest chat. He was always very supportive and encouraging to me and inquired about my day. I am now in my 14th year at IMRF. I will never forget him. My thoughts and prayers go out to Bonnie his wife and their children.

Cusma family, I am saddened to hear of Mr Cusma's passing. I hope you remember to laugh and smile through the tears when you think of him. I know I will. I remember him having a smile on his face and a hug when you needed it.

With deepest Sympathy, Erwin, Siggy, Robert and family

Rae and family, you have my greatest sympathy. I was young too when I lost my Daddy, I was just short of 35. He was one month after his 60th birthday. It hurts for a while and then hurts some more. It doesn't go away in a hurry. My Daddy passed in 1974 and I still forget and want to talk to him about something.
I am going to try to make the memorial service if the weather permits.

Bonnie, Rae Lynn, Rob, You are in my thoughts and prayers - I know in my heart right now there are two guys getting ready to tee off in the "Heaven Open" telling stories and looking down and smiling at what they have accomplished. Bob was always a man that you could count on to make you smile and think of only the best in people. He will be on the 50yrd line WHEN HIS Steelers make the "BOWL" May God hold you all in the palm of his hand and give you comfort and strength.

Bonnie...

I've know Bob all my life. My mom and dad have always been friends with Bob and Bonnie for as long as I can remember (before I was born). I have fond memories of family visits - we would go to their house or they would come to ours - the parents would play cards and all of the kids would hang out. We had some great times. Bob was a great guy - always had funny stories to tell and probably the best Trivial Pursuit player I've ever met. He will be missed by all - especially by Bonnie and...
