Robert Cutler

I think of Rob often. While his time on this earth was short, he certainly made the most of it. I hope his family is well and comforted by wonderful memories of him.

Rob he was a good guy. He was my father's friend. He lived in Thailand with his kid's Tyler cutler and William cutler.

You are definitely missed Dr Cutler! All of us "boys" in class agreed that you were one of our favorites!

I have such fond memories of Rob from our shared time together in college, how gentle and thoughtful he always was. His passing is a shock, and so very soon at such a young age. My heart-felt condolences to his family and loved ones.

Rob and I were roommates during freshman year at Bard and I watched with admiration as he progressed from strength to strength in his life. Needless to say, I am shocked to hear of his passing. I will remember him fondly.

I went to school with Rob at Bard and I was shocked to learn of his passing. The way he looked at the world was unlike anyone I've ever met and he challenged me in a way I'll always be grateful for. Knowing him had a profound impact on me that lasts to this day. Please know how sorry I am for your loss.

I'm so sorry to hear of Rob's passing. Rob lived across the hall from me in Stone Row at Bard. I was a bit older than the other students and sometimes felt like a fish out of water. Rob had a kind, caring presence about him and although I did not know him very well at all, I always appreciated the fact that he was there offering a kind word and reassuring smile. My deepest condolences to his family.

I am sick to my stomach reading this news right now. I had Dr. Cutler for Physics at Edison, and the man was an absolute joy to be around. Absolutely brilliant, and just a genuine guy with such a love for what he did; he made us all look forward to coming to class every single day. Life is so fragile, and the world just got a little less awesome with Dr. Cutler leaving us. Marcia, Dennis and I want to extend our sympathies and thoughts to you, Jon and Rob's family. I had known Rob since he was a toddler and watched as he matured into a kind, giving and gentle man. I'm so thankful that I had the opportunity to visit with you and Rob this past Spring and enjoy his wit and humor before he became ill.
