Dearest Marlene, My heart goes out to you. I remember when we were little kids playing in the sand box and going inside and eating your moms cakes and cookies and whatever other goodies and your daddy would come in and we'd all run to welcome him home from work. He'd be all dirty and grim covered and still managed a big smile for us. He's with Bobby and Darlene now and will have peace. I'll will never forget them. God Bless you and your family and mama Iris. Jerry and I were just talking about your dad a few days ago. Our families go way back to the "Thayer Farms" days. We really enjoyed being with him and Iris in those days. We know you will miss him and wanted you to know we are thinking of you.
