Bob was a good friend of mine. We played Golf, Tennis and Billiards together. He was very good at billiards. He also liked peanut butter cookies. He really liked them when Veva, my wife, baked them. Together Bob and I used up about 400 tokens, that had been gifted to me, practicing our swing at the golf course. We sure had fun. He will be missed. Joe and Veva Lopez

I came across this post because my English assignment was to write an obituary for myself. Therefore, I was researching examples on how to write an obituary. I just want to say I felt really sad and emotional after reading this post. Even though I don´t actually know Mr. Daly, I really want to give my condolences to his family because he genuinely sounds like a really nice and loving person. Rest in Peace Mr. Daly, you will always be loved.

Bob was a wonderful friend of mine. We enjoyed every week when one or the other would have to bow to each other depending on who won at golf the Tuesday before. I will miss that but I am sure that Bob has already found a golf partner or Bocce partner in the sky. RIP my friend, "Bud"

I first met Bob in 2016 when he became my tenant in Sun City. What a wonderful gentleman he was. He jumped with joy right into the Sun City lifestyle with all his activities. He always greeted me with a huge smile on his face and invited me in for a chat. I will miss that smile. He was such a decent human being who will be missed a lot. Rest in peace, Bob. Cindy McCray

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I dealt with Bob on occasion in my buyer's position at Raley's until the early 2000's and, as others have said, your tribute describes him perfectly. He was indeed one of the best at the work he did as well a tremendous human being. My condolenses to his entire family.

This tribute captures Bob exactly as I remember him. A magnetic personality, with an unforgettable laugh and ability to tell a great story. He will always be remembered and loved. Rest in peace, Bob, you were one of the best.
