Dr. Robert Person Darrow

Your father was a great man and a highly skilled surgeon (former patient). I remember him from the Rutland Hospital when I was the ER Orderly during high school. He always spoke and was so kind and compassionate. I can still see him with his bow tie walking down the hallways! It is not easy losing both parents; let the memories sustain you.

Pam, So sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. He was thought of with great respect and admiration. You will always have him in your heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

To all my Darrow cousins:
I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad, my Uncle Bob. I have so many fond childhood and adult memories of spending time with your Dad. He was very generous with his time and took us fishing, skiing, and hiking. What a truly gracious person, he will be missed. I'll treasure the memory of my last visit, he baked Alaskan salmon that he had caught and I got to dine with the majority of the Darrow clan & my son Nick. With much love,

Your father had such warmth. I remember being completely charmed by him when he treated my broken ankle in the mid 60's. My parents were very fond of both your parents.

An amazing person and fabulous doctor. He leaves a beautiful family with many wonderful memories.

I had the honor of working with Dr. Darrow in the OR as a newbie. He was a true gentleman and enthusiastic teacher to me. He was one of a kind.

Dr. Darrow was a legend in and around Rutland, a great Dr.

So sorry to hear this. I remember Dr. well as my Mom's Dr. and for myself.
