The Odessa Optimist Club was saddened to hear of Wayne's passing. He was a member since May 1, 1964, always happy to be involved in our many Projects for Our Youth
including Youth Appreciation,
Young Texan/Texanne, Oratorical Contests and was instrumental in forming several New Optimist Clubs in our area. Wayne will be missed and we extend our Sympathy to Lavon and the remaining members of his family.
