You are a great friend! I will miss you deeply. It did not matter how long that it had been since we had talked you made me feel like we had just talked the day before. You taught me what a true friend should be. You also taught me about having a positive attitude during truly hard times. I miss you very much! I was saddened to read in the Mt Airy News about Bob's illness and recent death. You have my deepest sympathy. I have such fond memories of teaching you girls (now young women) piano, and the devotion and support given by your parents.

My condolences to the family of this fine gentleman and scholar. I am grateful for having had the opportunity to meet him and to work with him over the years.
