Blair Atholl 2018

So very sad to have discovered this news Bob and so long after the event. None of us over in Scotland realised that you had passed on and cherish the memories that we have of you across at Blair Atholl and from our contact maintained across the years. You are still fondly remembered from your attendances at Blair Atholl International Scout Jamborette (along with your trusty sidekick "Little Bear") from 82-92 and the memories live on. I was in the process of sending some images from the camp...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

RIP Uncle Bob. You may not have related by blood but you were our family. You will be missed by many. I will personally miss your sarcastic sense of humor. I am sure Dad and other past scouters that have passed are happy to have you with them once again in heaven.

My dear friend Bob, I was so very saddened to hear that you had past on to your great reward. You are in your Heavenly place with Jesus now, but for peeps sake we are going to miss you!

I also remember planting 100s of pine trees on the farm hillside and of course the combination milk house and art gallery. Great times in a great time to grow up. RIP good friend.

Every summer camp and sometimes in the winter Bob would come and help others in scouting as well as being with my family. Now Bob, you can go be at Heaven's camp, be with my dad and be with Harry again as well as family and friends. You will be missed. I am proud that you were a friend to me. May the great scoutmaster of all...
