Dear Carole:

I'm so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. The time we spent working together at Cat brings many, many good memories. We had some great times -- especially those factory days. Our deepest condolences go out to Carole and the entire extended family. For 20 years Bob and Carole have made me feel like family.
