Robert Deloatch SUFFOLK - Robert "Charlie" Deloatch, 66, of the 200 block of N. Fifth St., passed away Oct. 2, 2008. A funeral will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in St. Timothy Baptist Church. Crocker Funeral Home is in charge.
